In the front end, Clover Dashboard can be used to do things like manage supplies, handle sales, and issue refunds. Utilizing this tool, you can set up and run your company from anywhere with an Internet link.
Clover Dashboard can help you manage your company remotely. You may call them if you need to. To get help from them as soon as possible, you’ll need to have your vendor ID handy.
Your MID can be found in the Clover Dashboard, either in the Help option or the contact number. In the Clover Go G2 or Go G1 program, pick Help from the More menu. The MID can be found in the upper-right corner of the display.
Your account’s phone number for assistance is listed in the following places:
- It’s in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- To access the Clover Go Help Center, select the “Help & Support” menu option. The phone number you can call for help is displayed at the bottom of the device.
- To access it, go to the Clover Dashboard Help section. At the very end of the page, you will find a phone number for assistance.
- To access online assistance, go to the Web Dashboard and select Help from the menu bar.
The Call Me button will have customer service give you a call at your convenience. Customers in the United States are the only ones who can use the Call Me feature. The following gadgets support it:
- Select the “Call Me” option, then input your details before making the call.
- Launch the Clover Go program, go to the menu, and then pick Help & Support.
- To use the phone me feature, go to the Web Dashboard’s Help section (found in the upper right corner), input your contact details, and then select phone Me.
